Return Policy

Chilla 30-Day Return Policy.

The blanket must still be in brand new conditionWe cannot accept returns if the blanket has been used or tried in any manner. Nobody wants to receive a used blanket. Every blanket we deliver is in brand new condition, straight off the manufacturing line. 

We will only honor refunds that are requested within 30 days from your delivery date (as per your tracking code). If today's date is more than 30 days after your delivery, we will not able to issue a refund.


What If I opened the box but did not use the blanket?
Customers may return opened but undamaged blankets within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Also, please note, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
